Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accompanying certificates and tags.
Custom-made, personalized, or engraved pieces are non-refundable unless faulty.
Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
How to Request a Return
Email our Customer Care Team at [your email address] within 14 days of receiving your item.
Include your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
Once approved, we will provide detailed return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping fees and duties are non-refundable.
If your item was a gift, please contact us to arrange for store credit instead.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order separately.
